How to add Credits

1. Purchase a Prepaid Card from a participating pharmacy.
2. Log in to your account at drsergio.tl.
3. On your Dashboard, click the Top Up button.
4. Tap "Scan QR Code" and point your camera at the card's QR code.
5. Your credits will update instantly. ($15 = 15 Credits).

Booking a Consultation

Navigate to "Live Consultation," choose your date/time, and select "Credits" as your payment method for instant confirmation.

Managing Sessions

Check your Doctor Dashboard for new requests. If the patient paid via Bank Transfer, go to "Verify Payments" first to unlock the session.

Issuing a Prescription

• Click "Open Prescription Form" during the call.
• Use the "+ Add Medication" button to list multiple items.
• Click "Save Reseita" to generate the professional PDF.
• The system automatically names the file using patient initials and the date (e.g., CL_2026-01-16.pdf).
